Agreement

These terms govern your use of SalexFyPOS (the "app"), provided by Patech Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Who this is for

SalexFyPOS is a business tool for shop owners and staff to manage sales, inventory pricing, held sales, loyalty points, and receipts. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use it.

License to use the app

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SalexFyPOS on devices you own or control, for your own business operations. This license doesn't give you ownership of the app, and you may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it except as permitted by applicable law.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of product data, prices, and sale records you enter.
• You're responsible for complying with tax, receipt, and consumer-protection laws that apply to your business.
• You're responsible for keeping your device secure, since sale and customer data is stored on it.
• You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to process transactions you know to be fraudulent.

Data and backups

Sale records, held sales, and loyalty data are stored on your device by default, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for backing up your device or enabling a sync feature if you want that data preserved beyond the device itself. We're not responsible for data lost due to device loss, damage, or uninstalling the app.

Hardware and connectivity

Features like barcode scanning and receipt printing depend on your device's camera and any Bluetooth or USB printer you connect. We don't guarantee compatibility with every device or printer model.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app over time, including through app updates. We'll aim to keep core POS functions — cart, checkout, and receipts — stable, but we don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or suitable for every business's specific tax or regulatory requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Patech Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including lost sales, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use it.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to any online features (such as sync) if these terms are violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
